| Ipotex International Stock Exchange, Ltd (IISE) was incorporated in July, 2006 as a Belize International Business Corporation. In August, 2006, IISE inaugurated its markets for trading publicly held companies. At present, the exchange lists six public companies. IISE provides non-Belizean international investors a listing facility, trading platform, and the added visibility of an established stock exchange.
IISE is a self-regulated international stock exchange. IISE is vested with the authority and fiduciary duty to regulate its members and listed companies according to its rules and guidelines. IISE rules ensure fairness and the transparency of membership, listing method, regulatory enforcement, disciplinary action, and continuing obligations.
The corporate system is designed to function commercially in accordance with pertinent regulations. Dedicated shareholders of IISE include stock traders, stockbrokers, and administrators.
